La historia es tan sencilla como que los dos deciden crear los zapatos que no encuentran y que les gustaría llevar. El nombre de la marca (Nom De Code/Nombre de Código) quiere poner de manifiesto que la fuerza de una marca es el producto mismo que ofrece. Desde que empezaron han crecido y hoy en día sus zapatos se encuentran en las tiendas más exclusivas del mundo. Con especial atención a sus cuarteles generales de Bruselas y París. Una aproximación artesanal al zapato con la intervención de algunos de los mejores curtidores italianos constituye la base de su trabajo.
